1. How do I find what I'm looking for?

In order to find a particular product type simply type in this word in the search engine box located on the top right of each page. The search engine will bring up that particular product. You can also browse through our range of products using the store categories located on the left of each page.

2. How do you ship your orders?

We use Dhl and Polish Post to deliver your orders. 

3. Do you ship to international locations?

We ship within Poland and any international location. 

4. How much is shipping cost internationally?

International shipping rates vary depending on the method selected and the weight of the order.

To calculate the exact cost of shipping for your order, place the items you'd like to order in your shopping cart, and the estimated shipping rates are automatically calculated and updated each time an item or quantity is added.

5. How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from your ‘My Account’ section at the top right corner on our website. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post shipping.

6. How long do you take to dispatch an order?

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Usually we will send the goods within 1-2 days after receiving the order payment. Please remember to provide a correct address to avoid delivery failure.

Please note that no packing services are available on Saturday and Sunday, therefore, if an order is placed on Friday afternoon it will likely be dispatched on the next week.

7. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Biokord have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control.

For maximum security, we use a secure server that encrypts all your ordering information, including your name, address. This information is not accessible to the Internet. Your browser must have the SSL feature enabled before engaging in shopping transactions with Biokord.

8. How do I place a return?

We accept returns within 14 days. All Returns must be received as shipped - original packaging, manuals est. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

Please Note: All returns MUST Be In Original Packaging And In A Brand New Condition. We will make your experience as simple and satisfying as possible We will pay the return shipping cost and wave the restocking fee if the return is a result of our error. We are not responsible for any shipment cost in returning an item. 

9. Will I have to pay duties & taxes?

Customers outside European Union, EU, may have to pay import taxes, customs duties, or a brokerage (handling) fee for your order. If assessed, these charges are separate from your product and shipping fee. Customer will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes & fees that may be required. These fees are typically collected in your country by customs or the delivery agent.

Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with you local customs and tax authority for information specific to your situation. Not knowing your country's regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.

Special note about expiration dates. 

Please remember, that expiration formats are different in different countries.Many items imported from Ukraine have a produced date stated on tube/package and there is a special note about shelf life, like 24 months for example. In this case, the date you see on tube/package is not an expiration date but the produced date. As a responsible seller we strive to provide you with the best service possible and we always keep an eye on expiration dates and never sell expired products.
